Important Salon Information


We ask politely that you arrive on time for your appointment as this ensures the smooth running of the day. Lateness may result in having to cut down your appointment time so we do not run late for the next client. When booking if you would like a certain therapist then please feel free to request. Please be aware that at peak times you may need to book 4 weeks in advance to secure the time you need.

If it is your first time visiting us, we ask that you arrive 5 minutes prior to the start time of your appointment to fill out a client consultation form. This is necessary for insurance purposes and treatments cannot be carried out without this information. It is your responsibility to inform us of any allergies/medical conditions on this form so we can carry out a tailored treatment for you. If you do have any medical conditions you think we may need to know about, please ask us on the phone when booking. Please also let us know if you are currently pregnant.

As the salon is small yet busy, we ask that you come on your own to your appointment as we are limited on the amount of space we have and our waiting area is for clients only. Likewise if you are unable to find childcare we ask that you consider other clients relaxation time in the salon. Well behaved & quiet children are welcome, however we may have to finish your treatment early if any disturbance is caused to other clients.


Patch Tests

Some treatments we offer require a patch test. We will advise you of this when booking and ask you to come to the salon for the patch test before the appointment. Unfortunately, under no circumstances are we able to carry out treatments without having had the patch test.


Deposit Terms & Conditions

A 50% non refundable deposit may need to be taken for some appointments. If we need to take a deposit we will advise you of this while you are booking your appointment.

If you need to change or cancel your booking for any reason, you will need to give us at least 24 hours notice which will allow us enough time to rebook your space to someone else.

By paying your deposit you agree to our terms & conditions that the deposit will be non refundable in the event of a late cancellation.

Repeat no shows & cancellations will mean that you will be asked to pay for your whole appointment upfront which will then be non refundable if you fail to attend that appointment.


Online Bookings

You are able to book your appointments online through our website or app. Please make sure you read the terms & conditions of the online booking system. Now shows will be charged to your card of up to 100% of the total bill.



There is a 1 hour maximum parking time on Potters Bar High Street. Alternatively, if you are visiting us for longer than that, there are a couple of pay and display car parks in close proximity to the salon. Please ensure you purchase enough time on your ticket to cover your appointment. Our therapists cannot be responsible for changing the ticket on your car or feeding the meter.


Gift Vouchers

You can purchase gift vouchers from our salon reception or over the phone, or through our website. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the purchase date. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash. Please ensure you bring your voucher along to your appointment. We cannot be held responsible for lost vouchers. Vouchers are non-refundable. You may not purchase vouchers with existing vouchers.



All courses must be paid in full at the time of the treatment or at dates set our in your payment plan. Courses must be completed within 12 months and are non-refundable. Missed sessions & late cancellations of course appointments may result in treatments being deducted from your course.
