Lymphatic Drainage Massage uses a series of pumping and draining movements with a very gentle pressure to help move the lymph towards the lymph nodes, which filter the waste.

 

The Lymphatic System runs alongside your blood circulation, meaning the massage is extremely light as we are working just under the surface of the skin, rather than deep into the muscles

 

The massage is extremely relaxing and helps with swelling, bloating, lymphoedema & general tiredness
